14 NEW gluten-free and dairy-free foods to buy this month.

Glutenfreeproducts

There are so many exciting new gluten and dairy free products on the market lately that I wanted to create a round-up of all my favourites! How many of these have you tried? From amazing vegan chocolate to all the snacks, here’s the new gluten and dairy free foods you need to pop in your shopping basket this month. Before we begin, a heads up that a few of these products were gifted to try out but I wasn’t asked to blog about them specifically.

Morrison’s Gluten and Dairy Free No Moo-Zarella Sticks

Morrisons

I only discovered these yesterday online-so haven’t had time to buy them yet. But how amazing do they sound? I know some supermarkets do a gluten-free version of these but I’ve not yet found a dairy-free one too! So excited to give these a try!

GOSH! (various products)

Gosh! have been around for a while but have recently launched even more gluten-free vegan products. If you’re looking for meat-free alternatives, I’d really recommend these! The falafel, in particular, is amazing! Avaliable in most supermarket’s vegetarian aisle.

Moo Free Chocolates

We all love Moo but did you know that they’ve recently come out with another new range of dairy-free chocolates? The cinder toffee flavour is incredible and it’s nice to see a range of vegan chocolates that come in lots of different varities. I believe you can buy these at Sainsbury’s and Holland and Barratts..

MOMA Dairy-Free Porridge

I’ve been looking for some porridge pots I can have for absolutely ages. As you know, I am due next month and worried about the lack of hospital food so wanted to have some porridge pots on hand for easy breakfasts. But so many have added milk! These ones, which I found at Tesco, are dairy-free too. Simply add water and stir! Hurrah!

Gü Fabulously Free From

Free From Choc Vanilla Twin UK

Desert extraordinaire Gu have come out with a whole range of gluten-free, vegan deserts; including cheesecakes and hot chocolate molten middles! You can find these in Asda at the moment. Although I haven’t tried them myself yet, they look incredible and are on my to-buy list!

Alpro Greek Style Strawberry Rasberry

Alpro is my go-to dairy-free range anyway but their new greek style yoghurt blows their others out the water! It’s a really thick and creamy style dairy-free yoghurt with plenty of fruity bits too! It reminds me of the Muller yoghurts I used to love before I stopped eating dairy! I got these from Waitrose.

Co-op Gluten-Free Chicken Pakoras/Onion Bhajias

My co-op is absolutely rubbish usually for new gluten-free items. We never got any of the Christmas buffet foods! But they have come up trumps with these Indian snacks! The pakora in particular is my fave-and they’re both gluten and dairy free.

Bay’s Kitchen LOW-FODMAP sauces

I know these aren’t completely new but they’re new to me as I only tried them a few weeks ago! Bay’s Kitchen specialises in low-FODMAP sauces and currently have three varieties: jalfrezi, sweet and sour and tomato and basil. As you know, I’m not low-FODMAP but still wholeheartedly recommend these! They were incredibly full of flavour (the jalfrezi is fab in the slow cooker!), are gluten and dairy free and incredibly natural too-so all in all, a much healthier, belly-friendly sauce!

Difatti gluten-free taglitatelle

Difatti

Hands up who is obsessed with gnocchi? I can’t get enough of it at the moment and have always loved Difatti’s range-which I get from Waitrose. They now also have a new tagliatelle, made with free range egg, out too! If you’re on Instagram then head to my page to win a bundle like this of your own!

Mummy Meagz Vegan Cream Egg

A gluten-free, vegan cream egg! What a time to be alive! And it’s pretty similar to the real thing too! Sadly they’re only available to buy in bulk online at the moment (here) but you probably won’t stop at one anyway!

Waitrose Vegan Creamy Sauce

Vegancreamy

I promise this blog isn’t sponsored by Waitrose! We just happened to nip in there last week and I found soo many new purchases. This creamy sauces uses celeriac and cauliflower so is fairly healthy and is an absolute dream in lasagna!

Koko Dairy-Free Cream Cheese

Koko

Koko are known for their coconut milk so this cream cheese was a welcome discovery. It’s great to find a dairy-free cream cheese made of coconut and there’s no carageenan which is an added bonus!

Delicious Alchemy Muesli

Deliciousalchemy

One of the original gluten-free brands, I have blogged several times about Delicious Alchemy over the years. I’ve always loved their baking mixes but now they have two new muesli flavours: red apple, date and sultana and berry with a hint of cinnamon. I’ve tried the apple and date one and really enjoyed it-there’s no added sugar and it also contains chia seeds which I’m a big fan of! I’m going to use these to make overnight oats!

Yumtaz Lotus Bites

These are great if you’re looking for healthy snacking or an alternative to crisps. They have a great nutrition profile and are a great source of iron-which is great for me as I have low iron stores! There’s a few different flavours-I found the sweet chilli flavour a bit too spicy but my husband loved them! There’s also a turmeric flavour and a pineapple flavour!
