As you know, I’ve blogging lots lately about my pursuit of a good night’s sleep. I started using my IFit to track my sleep and while I always get my 8 hours, I realised I was constantly tossing and turning throughout the night. Therefore, I went on the hunt for some gadgets that could help.
1. Hyde and Sleep’s Smart Pillow.

Hyde and Sleep have designed the ultimate pillow using NASA technology. One side is memory foam designed to stay cool at all times while the other is a traditional, softer feel. It’s perfect if you struggle to get comfortable before bed and also offers additional neck support- I’ve been using this for over a month now and I’m hooked: the cold side has been an absolute godsend in this hot weather and has helped me stay cool. They also offer a free 30 day sleep test you’ve nothing to lose when upgrading your regular pillow for this smart one!
2. Adjustamatic Electric Double Bed. Sleeping as a couple can be really tricky- especially if you struggle to find the perfect sleeping position. Adjustamatic offer advice about improving your sleep routine and have also designed the perfect solution: an electric double bed aimed specifically at those with health conditions or who struggle with their posture. I think this is such a great idea to keep both you and your bed partner happy!
3 The World’s Smartest Mattress.

Unfortunately, this one’s not yet avaliable to buy, since they’re in the middle of a successful Indiegogo campaign, But they have definitely designed the ultimate smart mattress. It monitors all your vital statistics while controlling everything from skin temperature to the firmness of the mattress
4. Ocushield
Staring at your phone in bed can make it difficult for the brain to wind down for sleep because of the ‘blue light.’ Scrolling through my phone is my guilty pleasure at night but I can often feel my eyes straining. Occushield aims to reduce this blue light without impacting the image quality, helping improve sleep and reduce eye strain.
5.Withing’s Aura Total Sleep System

Withings have created a device that not only monitors sleep activity but also helps you get the most of sleep, allowing you to hook up to your Spotify to create the ultimate wake-up playlist. It also monitors the amount of light, temperature and sound levels in your room to help you figure out what’s keeping you awake or causing disrupted sleep. Not only does it do all this but it also looks great too!
I hope these 5 gadgets help you get a better night’s sleep! I’d love to hear your tips for a great night sleep below.

A cooling pillow is just what I need! If I cannot sleep I’m constantly flipping the pillow over to the colder side!
I’d honestly recommend it; it’s such a game changer!

Hi Jen, I’ve never tried using gadgets for a better sleep and have never tracked my sleep. All of these gadgets look really interesting. Are you using any of them? Angel
That pillow looks really cool and it will love my head on it. Smile, thank you for sharing this.
The Simba Hybrid pillow is packed full of removable foam ‘Nanocubes’, which you can add or take away to get the pillow exactly how you want it, and the cover is made from a ‘phase-change fabric’ called Stratos, inspired by the technology that helps regulate the body temperature of astronauts.
