GIVEAWAY/PREVIOUSLY GIFTED
Today I’m back with a giveaway and the opportunity to get your hands on some great kits to make cooking the perfect gluten-free curry that little bit easier.
Although I can’t claim to be a huge spice lover, I’ve got more and more into Indian cuisine over the years.
Firstly, because I find it so much easier to find gluten and dairy-free options when eating out or cooking in. So many curry dishes are already gluten-free and can easily be adapted to dairy-free with coconut.
Secondly, because it’s actually really healthy when cooked from scratch. We all know how much I love turmeric and that’s often a key staple; along with things like ginger which is also great for the gut.
Dishes are often based around meat and veg and I also do them in the slow cooker too.
Today, the lovely Tastesmiths have given me a £20 voucher to giveaway to my lovely followers: which will get you six of their ready-prepared ‘taste’ kits.
The idea is you use your regular fresh produce (so your meat and veg) and their packs contain all of the other ingredients and spices you need- such as chopped ginger, garlic, and chili-in the exact portion sizes.
The packs come with cooking instructions along with tips for adaptions (such as being meat and dairy-free). They’re also perfect for livening up any gluten-free slow cooker dishes.
Not only does it take all the hassle away but they also support Love Food Hate Waste.
They sent me some kits and so far and I’ve really enjoyed the variety: there’s everything from fish dishes (like Goan fish curry) to chicken tikka masala and shish kebab. The suggested spice adaptations mean I can make them as mild as I like too!
