Gfrecipes 1 800x400

Happy January! I know lots of you are on the hunt for healthy, low-cal recipes at this time of year. If you follow my blog, you’ll know I don’t usually focus on ‘slimming world’ or ‘weight loss’ but I know in January, many folks who are gluten-free find it hard to find recipes that are also low in calorie and slimming world friendly.

More importantly, all these recipes contain plenty of nutrients and are naturally low syn/ low cal-without using things like sweeteners which can impact the gut. They  can be adapted to be dairy-free and some are also suitable for those on a low FODMAP. So I hope these gluten-free low-syn recipes encourage you to get creative in the kitchen!
