Today, I wanted to share another product round-up with you all. I love rounding up the latest gluten and dairy
1. Marks and Spencers’ Vegan Potato Salad

I was SO excited to discover this last week-unfortunately; although it doesn’t contain any gluten ingredients-it does have a ‘not suitable for coeliacs warning on it.’ It does not mention if this is a factory warning and none of the ingredients that are bolded
2. Marks and Spencers No Chick’n Nuggets
These are certified gluten-free thank goodness-and they’re vegan too! The filling tastes pretty similar to chicken (Don’t ask me how but even my husband couldn’t tell the difference) but you’ll need something to dip them with as they’re a little dry.
3. Hellman’s Vegan Mayo

This mayo is my top vegan mayo recommendation! You’ll find it in the regular mayo section rather than the
4. M&S Sweet Potato Falafel
These falafels contain no gluten and have no factory warning (it just says not suitable for milk allergy sufferers). I actually found these slightly disappointing-but the cashew nut dip is nice!
5. Oumph
If you’re missing meat or just fancy a change, this is the best meat-alternative by a mile. I actually think the pulled pork style tastes EXACTLY like pulled pork!
6. Vegbread

Vegan bread is pretty difficult to come by-since most of it contains egg. This
7. Morrison’s GF Vegan Pizza
Thank you so much to Becky from Gluten Free Cuppa Tea for spotting this one! It’s so tricky to find gluten-free pizzas that are also vegan- so this sounds amazing!
8. Plenish Oat Milk

It’s not often you find a gluten-free oat milk-so if you want a creamier tasting plant-milk; this is for you! I absolutely love the Plenish range: unlike many vegan products they don’t contain any
9. Heck Vegan Sausage Range

As you know, I am a massive fan of Heck and their veggie range is fab too! Both the beetroot and sweet potato ones are my
10. Vegan Larder

I cam across this vegan subscription box when writing a piece for The Independent-and can wholeheartedly recommend them! You get a mix of vegan cooking essentials-like sauces, tapenades etc- and snacks through your door each month!
I discovered the Vegan Larder last month-when writing about vegan subscription boxes for The Independent
11. Genius Fibre Fest Wraps

I will have a whole blog post up soon on these Genius Fibre Fest wraps-but thought I’d give them a mention here too! They’re a great alternative to regular wraps and are suitable for vegans and coeliacs!
12. Kirsty’s Pizza
I pick up one of these pizzas whenever I’m in Tesco-they’re lovely and the cheese melts perfectly!
13.TREK Protein Energy Bars

These are so easy to grab on the go-and contain a huge amount of protein; great if you’re on a vegan diet. Much more filling than the usual granola bar!
I hope you enjoyed this round-up, I’ve popped some links below to a few gluten-free, vegan recipes to try this month too…
