World IBD Day Giveaway: Win my Book and Other Gut Goodies!

Wun

Good Morning! World IBD Day is nearly upon us! I’ll be sharing lots of content like last year (you can read my World IBD Day: 10 Problems of IBD That Nobody Talks About here)  But today I’m kicking things off with an exciting giveaway to offer as part of World IBD Day!

What You Can Win

  1. A copy of my book: Managing IBD- A Balanced Approach to Inflammatory Bowel Disease (you can also read the first chapter for free and find out about stockists here) This covers everything from anxiety to medication to supplements- with lots of input from an IBD nurse and a therapist.
  2. A bag of my favourite peppermint tea from Teapigs. Perfect for stomach cramps.
  3. A fantastic Ossa organics bone broth hamper (this includes 2 packets of chicken broth, 2 fish and 2 beef bone broths). Bone broth can be really useful during flare ups and I’ve written a whole blog post on why it is useful.
  4. A bottle of Amala Pure Turmeric supplements- great for anti-inflammation! Read more about the benefits of turmeric here.

Everyone’s a Winner

If you don’t win, I still have two exclusive offers for you!

  1. 30% off my nutrition consultations- offer ends Sunday. Just click here for more info and type in WORLDIBD when you book.
  2. 10% off Amala Turmeric supplements with the code ABB10

So how to enter? It’s super easy- just use the entry box box below! Those that wish to enter by the joining my newsletter option can click the link here- just make sure you still use the form below so your entry is counted.

  1. I am 68 this year and can honestly say that I have been suffering with IBD for in excess of 50 years. In fact the NHS didn’t acknowledge the blighting predicament when my suffering first commenced. I live on a state pension and I am unable to spend anymore money on my failing health!

  2. I care deeply about my health so I will keep my fingers crossed for a possible win but not if there are people more in need than me then I will understand. Xx
