3 ingredient gluten free hash browns to make in your air fryer (low fodmap, dairy free)

Today I’m back with another gluten-free low FODMAP recipe: my low FODMAP 3 ingredient gluten-free hash browns that are gluten-free, dairy-free, low residue, and, most importantly super easy to make in your air fryer.

You might have already made my gluten-free low FODMAP sweet potato hash browns already and are looking for a gluten-free hash browns recipe to make with regular potatoes or use in the air fryer instead; the air fryer is such a great way to make healthy gluten-free recipes that are low in fat too!

This air fryer gluten free hash browns recipe uses just 3 ingredients: potato, olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt. However, feel free to add additional herbs and spices if you’d like; paprika is a low FODMAP spice and works really well if you want to make a spicy gluten-free hash browns recipe!

Is this gluten free hash browns recipe with low residue?

A quick nutrition note; this recipe is suitable for those on the low FODMAP diet but also if you’re on the low residue diet too. The air fryer is an amazing investment if you’re gluten-free or on the low residue diet as you use much less oil and fat (since those on the low residue diet may also require a low-fat diet).

What should I serve my gluten free hash browns with?

These are perfect for brunch, a side dish or just by themselves! Add your choice of meat, egg or perhaps cook with my sweet potato hash browns too or a side dish to my ultimate gluten free breakfast sandwich.

I hope you enjoy the recipe!
