Today I’m back with a new pregnancy post-sharing some of my favourite dairy-free smoothie recipes for pregnancy! Pregnancy is an overwhelming time for many women: trying to find out as much as you can about what you should be putting in your body, preparing for baby’s arrival and THEN having to work out how to look after a tiny human once it has arrived! You will likely have to deal with morning sickness, mood swings and achy joints. Your appetite will change and you will sometimes not be bothered to cook at all!
That is why you need to gather as many smoothie recipes as you can. They are endlessly versatile and packed with nutrition, they can be whipped up in a matter of minutes and are extremely easy to take with you as they are to sit and sip slowly. And when your belly is not feeling like a full blown meal and everything is making you feel sick, the whirled coldness of a smoothie can be the soothing it desperately needs.
