I see many of these ‘number of random things to do until my birthday’ kind of posts but for now haven’t really fancied doing one of my own up until now. Rather than focus on general goals I decided to specifically to focus on my healthy eating goals- everything I want to achieve in terms of wellness, knowledge I want to gain and my mission to be (kind of) fit. I am really hoping my 30th will be a big year for me- I’ll most likely be moving back to England, looking to buy a house and possibly even a bit of a career change into nutrition itself. So here’s my 30 health resolutions that I hope to tackle before I get there!
1. Learn how to cook millet (in fact figure out what millet is?)

2. Hold a plank for one minute straight (I. am. so. weak.)
3. Make a veggie burger that looks like a veggie burger (and not a pile of veggie mush)
4. Eat more broccoli (it’s so good for you according to my course, it’s basically an antioxidant powerhouse. But I don’t love it and it is a little high in fibre for those with IBD so will have to treat carefully)
5. Make a vegan pesto that tastes authentic and actually a little like pesto.)

6. Attend an actual yoga course (rather than attempting to balance and watch the instructor on my IPad)
7.Attend a health seminar.
8. Complete the 3 day’ ‘Big Juice Recharge’ by Jason Vale.
9. Find a healthy way to deal with stress.
10. Finishing my nutritional therapist course…
11. Decide whether to pursue a masters in nutrition, find a job in nutrition or just stay in the teaching game.
12. Figure out how to extract any kind of juice from kale (it does nothing!)
13. …or if not just eat some kale.

14. Eat meat free at least two days a week.
15. Stick to a regular exercise plan.
16. Cut down on my sugar intake (about to watch ‘Fed Up’ so that should do the trick!!)
17. Learn to meditate (or just you know sit peacefully without making a to do list)

18. Take more photographs of my recipes for the blog.
19. Look at investing in a slow press juicer to up the nutrient intake.
20. Find vegan soup recipes and make batches for my lunch.
21. Buy some coconut oil and use it regularly.
22. Make vegan ice cream with coconut cream.
23. Make my own granola bars.
24. Stick to a gluten free, dairy free and generally rubbish free diet.

25. Continue my volunteer work with health charity,
https://healthyglobetrotting.com/diagnosed-autoimmune-disease/
26. Use the big bag of flaxseeds that I bought and then forgot all about.
27. Learn about the different types of antioxidants.
28. Complete a diet plan for somebody (whether as part of a business or just for fun)
29. Become med free for my crohn’s disease…(perhaps my biggest goal! BUT…)
30. …If this doesn’t happen, recognise I will get there. Someday!
Do you have any health goals? Any tips to help me achieve mine?
