What’s the best gluten-free and dairy-free pancake mix?

Just like that, it’s February and we start to look forward to spring. With pancake day on the 16th of February this year, we could probably all use something to celebrate right now so I’ve rounded up the best gluten pancake mix options online in time for pancake day this month! There’s also plenty of dairy-free pancake mix options in this roundup too!

Creative Nature

Creative Nature is one of my favourite gluten-free pancake mixes and is a great dairy-free pancake mix too. Not only are their mixes gluten-free but they are top 14 allergen safe and they come with vegan adaptations; ideal for me as I’m dairy-free and Jude is egg-free. Freee by Doves Farm Gluten Free Pancake Mix 300g

This staple pancake kit works just as well for crepes and waffles and it’s such good value for money at £2.35. It can also be made vegan as it’s an egg free mix and is certified by Coeliac UK. Buy online at Ocado, Waitrose or direct from FREEE Foods.

Superfood Bakery

This cinnamon gluten-free pancake mix by superfood bakery is one of my favourite mixes; I love that it’s really healthy so Jude can have it too and that the cinnamon flavour means I don’t really need to add syrup! Amisa Organic Gluten-Free Pancake Mix

Mrs Crimbles Gluten Free Pancake and Batter Mix

Mrs Crimbles is always a great bet for gluten-free and this mix can be bought at FODMARKET, making it perfect for those on a low FODMAP diet too!

Slurp Farm Millet Pancakes

A lot of gluten-free pancake mixes rely on rice flour but these by Slurrp Farm use millet; which is actually a really nutritionally-packed grain.
