Little Cooks Co
Little Cooks is a very cute baking kit aimed to get little ones to cook more. It's perfect for those with allergens as the kits are dairy-free, wheat-free (they occasionally use oats) and can even be adapted to egg-free. You'll receive all the dry ingredients you need so there's no need to have flour, baking powder or yeast. You will also know the recipe ahead of time so can skip if it's not suitable.
Creative Nature
I love Creative Nature so I was thrilled their baking kits are online. You might have seen me use the banana bread one on my Instagram (@jennafarmeruk). It was so easy to make and I just used an extra banana to replace milk/egg.
Davina Steel
Davina Steel has all sorts of gluten-free baking kits for sale on their website. Their focaccia-especially the garlic and rosemary-sound lovely. You will require a little yeast for these.
Flower and White
I've not tried Flower and White but they came recommended on twitter. They're selling a range of mixes- from bread flour to flapjack mixes.It says they're vegan too.
Rana's Bakery
I've come across Rana's Bakery at a few events and I've always been really impressed. Their sourdough is delicious! Just add water.
Doughlicious
Doughlicious are selling their gluten-free cookie dough online, which you can either bake with or eat as it is! There are 3 dairy-free flavours available.
Superfood Bakery
I bought Superfood Bakery's pancake mix and absolutely loved it. Sadly it's all sold out but you can still snap up their cookie mixes online. They're all gluten-free, natural and vegan.
Delicious Alchemy bread, sponge cake and brownie mixes
Delicious Alchemy was one of THE original gluten and dairy-free brands. You can buy their brownie and sponge cake mixes (you need to add egg and dairy-free spread) along with bread mixes (add water and sunflower oil)
You have to buy them in multipacks but they're very reasonably priced.
Apres Mini Supermarket
These came highly recommended from the lovely My Gluten Free Guide. This health food restaurant is turning into a mini supermarket and you can order cookie dough, meal kits, smoothie kits and gluten-free bread kits. You'll need to order quite a bit and delivery is £13 unless you order over a hundred pound, but there is lots to stock up on.
