Salmon

Salmon, along with other fatty fish like mackeral, sardines and herring are rich in omega-3 fats and vitamin D, which are scientifically proven to improve your mood and reduce stress levels. 

Often it’s found that those who do suffer from anxiety and depression are low in omega-3, so it’s absolutely important to get some fish on your plate and and reduce that risk of stress and anxiety.
