As you know, I share plenty of gluten and dairy-free recipes and do, where possible indicate whether they can be adapted for the low FODMAP diet. Gluten and Dairy Free Low FODMAP Butter Chicken
This deliciously creamy but super simple gluten and dairy-free butter chicken is so easy to make in the slow cooker and is low FODMAP friendly too. A great alternative to ordering Indian food.
Gluten and Dairy Free Fish Pie (syn free, low residue, low FODMAP)
Fish pie is a great hearty dish to make for an evening meal. Unlike most fish pies, this one avoids creamy fillings and uses the right quantity of potentially high-FODMAP foods like sweet potato to make sure it's low FODMAP compliant.
Gluten Free Mini Calzones
These super-cute, tasty calzones are a great snack or light dinner. They're so quick to make with store-bought gluten-free wraps and any filling of your choice. You'll need to check whichever wraps you're using but the rest of the ingredients are gluten-free and low FODMAP.
Recipe: The Gut Rest and Repair Soup (GF,DF,Low Res, Low Fodmap)
If you're looking for a light dinner option, this soup is ideal. It's perfect for days when you're gut is flaring as it's easy to digest but also nutritious. Use low FODMAP stock cubes or broth (since the regular kind often contains onion and garlic).
