
One of my favourite types of cuisine is Thai food. Not only is it generally quite healthy but it’s also often really easy to make gluten and dairy free. Traditionally, Thai dishes use naturally gluten-free fish sauce rather than soy sauce and the creaminess comes from coconut milk rather than dairy products. That’s why today I wanted to share 10 amazing gluten and dairy free Thai recipes that are easy to make. They’re all free from gluten and dairy as well as being healthy and delicious!
