Untitled Design 96

A gorgeous selection box of herbal tea with a mix of flavours- from a box of  ‘chill out’ tea, a box of ‘digestion’ tea and 2 boxes of their ‘good night’ blend.

3.A self-care box from Brown Paper Packages

Get Well Activity Care Package For A Guy 800x800 No Worries Care Package Anxiety Gift Box 800x800

Brown Paper Packages are a gorgeous range of self-care boxes; which were inspired by the owner’s brother struggle with Crohn’s disease. After, her brother had a final op (to remove scar tissue) after a permanent stoma and bag.  Helen wanted to create self-care packages for those who were in hospital or having a difficult time.

As I have a mix of readers, you’ll be able to pick which box you want from a choice of two. The ‘no worries’ gift box-which items include a lip balm, a journal and a knitting doll

Or a ‘busy hands’ gift box; with items like mini glow in the dark ping pong and ’50 knots to tie’ to keep you busy.

Throughout Crohn’s and Colitis UK week, 20% off the profits from these boxes will be donated to Crohn’s and Colitis UK.

So, how do you win such an amazing prize? Follow the different ways to enter below…
