I am a nutritionist in Henley in Arden (or a nutritional therapist in Henley in Arden) I offer nutrition advice for Henley in Arden, Stratford Upon Avon, Solihull , Dorridge, Knowle and Warwickshire

Hello, I’m Jenna Farmer- a qualified and experienced Nutritional Therapist (BA, FNTP, IICT) offering nutrition consultations for those in Henley in Arden, Stratford Upon Avon, Solihull and surrounding areas. I also write for various health publications and have been featured in The Guardian, Female First, and The Metro.

Good nutrition advice can benefit everybody- whether you’re looking for tips on weight loss or energy levels. However, I choose to specialize in supporting those with gut health issues in particular as this is an issue I’m hugely passionate about- both as a Nutritional Therapist and a writer.  Therefore, if you are struggling to deal with digestive disorders such as IBS, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (which I myself have), Coeliac Disease or food intolerances, then you’ve come to the right place. Give me a call to discuss how I can help and support you to improve your gut health, manage symptoms, deal with energy levels and where necessary, reach your ideal weight.

About Me and My Services

I am a full member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP) and my consultations are based in Henley in Arden. However, I am also available for home visits for those looking for a Nutritional Therapist in Stratford Upon Avon, Dorridge or Solihull. I feel passionate about nutrition but I am not about fads or cleanses. Instead, I will work with you and your personal food diary to create a diet plan that works for you. I am also qualified to offer additional tests should you require them- such as food intolerance testing and stool bacteria testing.

However, my philosophy is that good nutrition isn’t about lots of tests- so we’ll start with an in-depth initial consultation; with me taking a detailed medical history and unpicking your food diary. We’ll then chat through your current diet, gut issues, potential symptoms of nutritional deficiencies and the best strategies to improve your gut health. At the end of the session, you’ll receive personalised recommendations, a one week suggested meal plan with recipes and plenty of help and support to get you started on your journey to managing life with digestive disorders and diseases.

Testimonial: Carlene, Crohn’s Disease “I would definitely recommend setting up an appointment with Jenna! With a few changes and substations in my diet (for example the amount of fruit in my smoothie) I’ve noticed better improvement! For me, nutrition was the hardest because there is SO MUCH out there, it was overwhelming. I am so glad Jenna provided me with the first stepping stones- it has made the biggest difference.”

Testimonial: Nikki, IBS Sufferer  Jenna was able to offer suggestions where I could incorporate more protein into my diet by offering a sample food plan. With the addition of supplements, I have some great ideas to control IBS. Overall I found the session really helpful and would recommend to anyone who is suffering from digestive issues”
