Recipe: Lemon and Ginger Water

Today’s blog is super quick as I’m off to a CCUK event this evening. If you are struggling to stay hydrated, I just thought I’d share a quick health hack that has helped me: Lemon and ginger water!

 

What you’ll need

  • A plastic water bottle; preferably BPA free. I’m using mine from my Natural Blender box.
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • A thumbnail sized piece of ginger; chopped.
  • Water!

Simply add the ginger and lemon to your water bottle and there you go…a simply juicy water to liven up your day! Be warned if you leave this longer than 24 hours, it does taste a little funny! Even more of an excuse to drink up throughout the day!
