Hi! I’m Jenna, I’m a qualified Nutritional Therapist (Accreditated through IICT and working toward FNTP accreditation) and writer. I am the founder of  abalancedbelly.co.uk and a Huffington Post Health Blogger.

On this site, I blog about living with IBD: this includes everything from free from recipes, nutrition advice for gut health, juicing and of course, the occasional rant!

As my blog has grown, I’ve been lucky enough to be featured on the following sites:

I am proud that my blog is a place of positivity. I like to show what it is like living with IBD but also offer advice on how to make the most of it; offering tips on traveling with IBD, the best foods to order in restaurants and how to deal with stress!

Thanks for stopping by!

I actually have a condition with my liver and regularly get tested for Chrons. It’s always been a consideration (more of an interference) with thoughts about a career traveling. So we’ve got more common than just our travel bugs! 🙂 Glad I found your page!

    Hi Jenna,

Great blog and my brother has Crohns, so am so familiar with all joys and restrictions of living with such conditions and you’re doing a wonderful thing… 🙂 Moreover, I am sure you will value, perhaps already about Dees products.

I’m working in PR and marketing for Dees Wholefoods and would love to have a chat about online collaboration. That could come as a review of our products, an article on Dee, or of course through affiliating our blogs and social media links.

As I’m sure you know, we are in a current forceful trend here in the UK, of a rapidly growing health conscious food market, with vegetarianism now being taken up by between 8 and 10 percent of the population, though this figure does include fish eaters. The market itself was worth £700 million last year to the economy and is projected to rise significantly. Moreover, hundreds of thousands in this country alone, are affected by various digestive issues, most notably Gluten intolerance and Dees product range is unique in its market, in that there is no other vegan brand that is gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, GMO, egg and artificial additives free.

Dees story and her resultant drive to produce totally clean and nutritious vegan choices, is one of charm, dedication and even includes Ireland’s Dragon Den. Furthermore, although her products can be found across the UK and internationally, she is also passionate about healthy eating and continues to create extraordinary vegan recipes.

We are launching an ebook later this year, and Dees blog is all about her new allotment and growing vegetables the vegan way. http://www.deeswholefoods.com/blog

I’m including this link for you, so you get a feel for her story and passion and below is our web link, so that you may see what she has produced so far.

Dee really knows her market and advocates fervently the advantages and merits of having a cleaner lifestyle, what you put in, matters! Something I can see you share.

I really hope we can discuss this further and of course my contact details are above.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best wishes,

    Sophia

    Hi Jenna

First, I think this blog is superb!

Second, have you tried Wagamama? You mentioned free from foods and juicing – Wagamama does both! Food for thought?
